NOTE: In the video I say the property slopes up about 160′ from street to back which is wrong.  It slopes up from 1560′ at the lowest corner by the street to 1650′ at the opposite rear corner so the total slope is only 90′ or so.  You can see this on the map if you turn on Contour Lines.
